Full payment is required to secure your appointment date/time. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all of your appointment details. 

**No Refund Policy**  

All sales of beauty products, services and digital products are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.  

For beauty products/services: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns to the best of our ability.  

For digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
