By booking your service, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined within our CANCELLATION POLICY, RESCHEDULE POLICY, and LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY

**No Refund Policy**  

All sales of beauty services, products and digital products are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.  

For beauty products/services: No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns to the best of our ability.  

For digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
