CANCELLATION POLICY - ZERO TOLERANCE, NO CANCELLATIONS - All fees paid while booking are non-refundable and/or non-transferable RESCHEDULE POLICY - Clients are allowed to reschedule 1 time
LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY - No-show clients will be charged full cost of service against payment method on file - Clients more than 15 minutes late to appointment will be considered "no-show" and will be charged full service cost against payment method on file ACKNOWLEDGE & AGREEMENT - By booking your service, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined within our CANCELLATION POLICY, RESCHEDULE POLICY, and LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY
